OK, I know this has got to be the simplest answer ever but I am stuck!
I was modeling and painting on this tool.
Somehow I am no longer in edit mode.
I don’t know what mode I am in and can’t figure out how to get back to edit mode.
Please help me understand how to navigate back to edit mode.
Any help is appreciated.
Ctrl+n to clear the canvas, then draw out a new copy, then hit t to enter edit mode.
The Ctrl+n works to clear the canvas but the subtools are still showing and it shows I have an active mesh.
When I try to drag out a new copy it does nothing.
There is a layer for the painting if that makes any difference.
http://docs.pixologic.com/reference-guide/layer/ If you draw your model on the canvas and then create a new layer, your object shows but you can’t edit it in 3D anymore.
