Can't get accurate result from DM-maps from Zbrush in Maya-Arnold

Hi there. For the life of me- I can’t export DM-Maps out of Zbrush(2023.2) which match the HighPoly-Model. It is not the usual bloated/inflated issue but a tiny offset. I tried dozens of things(with MT, with/out DPsubPixel, SmoothUvs, Mid-Point etc), only able to alter the offset, but not getting the exact same result.

I carefully studied the manual https://docs.pixologic.com/user-guide/zbrush-plugins/multi-map-exporter/ and I closely followed this thread here: https://www.zbrushcentral.com/t/dividing-changes-base-model/297540
