I can’t properly close an specific hole, as I say in this short video showing the trouble is not the first time. I was able to fix it on other models but is not working here

The shape of the hole might be a bit too complex for zbrush to figure out the way a human brain naturally would. If you were to manually bridge a few of the faces together in order to create a series of simpler holes rather than a single hole that curves back and forth in a concave way, then zbrush’s automatic solution should have more predictable behavior. ZModeler should be able to help you create the manual bridges.
