Hello everybody…
I’ve tried ZRemesher and Dynamesh several times now to add reasonable details like pores etc. to my model. But it just does not work. I am working with over 4 million polygons and yet i can not add pores or other small details, it just looks bad. Even color strokes have pixelated edges.
Right now I’m working on the character “Venom”, whose body has a total amount of around 4.5 million polygons (after I undid the changes on the screenshots I am now at 8.3 million again and I still can’t add the details properly). He does not wear any clothes, so his body can not be divided according to my knowledge, because he still needs to get rigged and animated. The model is divided into the whole body, the teeth and the tongue.
Now my questions: How do I get a good surface on which I can apply pores/ very fine details in general? And is it possible to divide the body again without having trouble rigging / animating afterwards? He is supposed to be in a game later…
