upgrader app runs and seems to download file then it stops, says downloading but doesn’t continue. Has happened multiple times. Tried installing from 2021.5 installer into new folder but get an error message that not all components can be installed…have no idea how to fix this.

Thanks for the reply…the upgrader app just wouldn’t work. First time that’s happened. I downloaded a clean 2021.5 installer from my license and I renamed the existing zbrush folder on my computer. The clean instal then worked and I just copied across brushes, etc.
