I need to do a clean reinstall of zBrush due to an error occurring when I open or try to save a project file (.zpr and .zlt).
When I try to uninstall the program through the Remove Program features on Windows 10 I am met with an error message reading: “Installer initialization failed. The installer will now exit.”. Is there a way to fix this? Should I try to attempt to remove all the files manually, or try a third party uninstaller?
Been waiting for support to get back to me, but I have not heard back yet so I figured I’d ask here.
