Cannot purchase Zbrush, PayPal window pops up and closes

Hi,

I’m trying to purchase Zbrush but I can’t because when I choose PayPal as a payment method the pop-up window opens and immediately closes again. I’ve tried it both with regular paypal payment and paypal credit and also on firefox and chrome and both of them show the same behavior.

I’m trying to get a perpetual license so it’s not due to subscription not being available through paypal, does anyone know this issue and how to solve it?

oh sorry, for some reason I mixed up things and I thought I was in some official support forum for pixologic, I’ll contact them and see if I can get this problem solved, thanks for the answer anyway

Try disabling your pop-up blocker temporarily and check again. Also make sure your browser and PayPal are updated to the latest versions. I had this in games, I also read about germany deu, used no deposit bonus germany and it was also mentioned there. People couldn’t transfer money or pay for the app. There are always bugs, you can’t get rid of them.
