Cannot buy single user license from your store

Hi guy’s,

I am trying to join the zbrush bandwagon but it seem the store cannot accept my credit card payment and i have tried all the options without success and the credit card balance have more than enough to cover the purchase.

In the paypal xpress payment options there is no way to pay without registering a PayPal account and i don’t have and will never get one.

The authorize.net payment simply declined the card and the card has been verified with master card so i think something is wrong somewhere and maybe you didn’t activate the guest payment options in your merchant account?

Any help would be nice since i absolutely want to get rid of that thousand dollar!:smiley:

This is going to be a hard one for Pixologic to help you with because credit card processing only returns a yes/no response. Yes, it’s approved or no, it’s declined. There is no additional data that’s given back to us.

I recommend that you check with your credit card company to ask them why the transaction was declined. They usually have the data at their end and can help resolve the issue.

If all else fails, you might need to try an authorized reseller.

I thought the paypal screen let you pay by credit card without logging in to paypal first, although I’m not sure if that’s the case for express.

I was checking to see, but it wants me to log into pixologic and I’d rather not accidently buy a second license :smiley:

It may also be worth checking with your card company. I’ve had things declined because they thought they looked dodgy. When I phoned and confirmed it was me they unblocked it and I was able to buy the item

Hi guy’s,

Sorry for late reply but i had some difficulty with login and password.

Everything is now OK and i will use my bank debit card instead of the credit card to purchase the license.

Will be doing so in a few days since last night i download the trial and i want to ask a few questions and do some test for some features.
