Can Zballs form this form?

Hi.

Can we process some zballs so that to form a tube, similar the one, shown below, with the inner canal, by activating “A” key of the keyboard?

I have been  testing zspheres for long, but could not.
May the next zballs philosophy be looking for functions to realize such posibility?
I need such so bad.

I don’t think so, but you can do that with the gear3d tool. Place one, make it live and then start adjusting the init parameters.

ZSpheres can’t be linked in a circle. But why not use the Cylinder3D with a Z Size of 40, Inner Radius of 40, VDivide of 4 and TaperTop of 10?

That would be easier.

Friends,

Sure, the tube primitive does it…

But I need exactly zballs. The composition is planned to be composed of the complex inner structure, and the opening like was shown, by the primitive, suits me swell.

The zball philosophy is great but only for vuluminic outer forms. In fact zball is but a brick. We may deform the bricks all right, but we will not see the inside of the object, built with bricks (knowing the object is empty).

We cannot see through the skin.

We will not see the inside of the house (flat, furniture…) but the external architecture.

What I dream of is possibility to shift the zballs inside other zballs and branches. The interaction of the zballs turns out difficult to foresee, but not that impossible.

I wish the zball to go inside another zball: in a way of a push we commonly perform on meshes by Alt-Left mousing whenever we wanta make a hole in the object (see the image)

The deeper the zball branch penetrates another zball (branch) the better. I.e. I mean applying zspheres as means of building inner canals and cavities!
I don’t understand the numerical tongue to build meshes, to place meshes correctly.
I prefer and enjoy the intuitial and vusual process of zsphering and skinning.

Dear creators of Zbrush: did you plan to insert zballs inside zball object for complex organizations?
