Can the Subtool list boxes from the Tool pallet be copied into a custom pallet?

I wanted to make my own custom version of the Tool pallet.
I found that I could copy the boxes from the subtool list (the box that lists the individual subtool name that you click you click to make it active or visible), into a custom pallet, but some started to disappear upon trying to work with them.

Is it possible to copy these Items when making coustom UI?
I really would like to condense the tool pallet and remove the stuff I don’t use much.

No, I’m afraid that will give problems. Some of the items in the Tool palette are linked to the particular tool you have selected and so fail for a custom UI arrangement.

Found this plugin that puts the subtools on a floating transparent window and has some interesting features!
