Someone is offering to sell me their academic version of Zbrush but i’m not sure they can actually transfer the license. does anyone have any knowledge or experience with this type of transfer?
my thoughts were that it was only possible to transfer a commercial license.
You are correct. Academic licenses are non-transferable. The user would need to upgrade it to a commercial license before it can be transferred.
just what i thought. thank you for clarifying that question. i just need to save up a few more dollars and get the commercial license.
