Hi,
I want to clean house on my computer to make room for V 4.2. Can I deactivate V3.5R3 without affecting my V4 activation? Can I uninstall it without affecting V4?
Just making sure- I don’t want to create any problems for myself.

Yes. The two versions are completely unaware of each other, even to the point of using different serial numbers. So it’s not even necessary to deactivate 3.5 before uninstalling it – deactivating would make no different for the only serial number that matters, which is the one for Z4.

Is it ok to leave 3.5 installed when installing the new release then, so I can do the removal later, I have heaps of stuff in those folders which may or may not be duplicated and it will take hours to check them all.
