Caged Demon Fiorentina

This is my personal CG work in 2020, the concept design is from "Legned of the Cryptids " - .
In the process of creating this work, there are also works and designs from other aspects that have influenced my production ideas,
so I added more characteristic elements to enrich the storyline in my mind.

In this work, all my highpoly models are sculpted in zbrush, and lowpoly models are made and modified in Maya,
The UV splitting and retopology are all done in Maya.
For details, I used both Normal maps and displacement maps. I used Marvelous Designer for some parts of the clothes for initial calculations,
and then imported them into zbrush for sculpting.
The face details of the characters come from texture xyz, matching in zWrap and Mari; the texture painting of the rest of the models are all done in substance painter and photoshop.
My lighting test, rendering test and final render are all done in Arnold.

I created this work while I was studying. I tried to create a scene with a fantasy style and incorporate elements that I like.
I think the most difficult part is the arrangement of the characters. I think there are still many problems that can be improved in this work.
I have learned a lot by completing this work, and I hope I can try more different styles in the future!
