BUG? switch rgb/m/zadd... don´t work

Hi
I changed some geometrical parts of my model and want to paint the texture again. But if I change from ZaddChannel to RGBchannel it does not work. Although RGB is highlighted zbrush still works in Zadd.

Is this a bug? Is there any solution to fix this?

Out of curiosity, why aren’t you using Projection Master for the texturing?

because switching between projection master and vieport takes a lot of calculation and time.

Well are you sure that you’re actually turning off Zadd? There’s no such thing as switching from Zadd to Rgb. Mrgb, Rgb and M are in one linked bank of switches while Zadd, Zsub and Zcut are in another bank. Changing settings in one bank won’t change the other.

I allways used the buttons right over the viewport. there was just RGB active but only Zadd acted.

make sure zadd or zsub are off! and also make sure you have the standard brush selected…I frequently forget that and have the smooth brush selected and nuttin happens, after I smack myself a few times I remember to check that…dohhhhhhhh:D
