BUG: Right keyboard alt key changes to masking zbrush 2022
how do I fix it?

Only an assumption, do you work on Windows?
If yes then please check if you use the standard US keyboard layout.
Because the most of the world has a Alt Gr key on this position and w/o the the standard US keyboard layout it has a complete different function (like Contr + Alt).

Yup,. Make sure the keyboard is set to ENG US and Not ENG International.
