Hi! Is there a setting or is it possible to create some brush setting that makes the brush stroke “wiggle” when I just draw a straight line? For creating random lines and details, so that I don’t need to wiggle my hand so much.

No, I can’t think of one. But make sure Lazy Mouse is off in the Stroke palette, otherwise your wiggles will be smoothed out!
