Brush stoke attaching to the next brush stroke

I recently updated to 4R8 and noticed something happening with my brush strokes.

As in photoshop, you can continue a brush stroke by holding down Shift and it will create a line connecting your first brush stroke to the next. This sort of thing is happening is Zbrush. It is connecting my brush strokes together and creating sculpting lines where I do not want them. Is there a setting to change this?

In “Stroke > Lazy Mouse”, turn LazySnap down to 0.
