Brush size

I wasn’t sure where to post this question. Since I can’t post in FAQ. In preferances I have max brush size set to 512, but I can’t get it over 128. I know this isn’t something that I will need a lot, but it would be nice when making a background on a large sized image. I usually work at 1500x1500 now. 128 is pretty small when I want to splash color over it.

Have missed another switch?

Hi,

I’ve found that if after you drag the slider all the way to the right and keep going slightly over to the floating menu, that it resets itself to the previous value.

Try not to drag past the slider box when setting that amount, or just type it in. Maybe that’s the problem?

Other than that, I’m at a loss.

I figured you had hit the nail. I tried typing in the size… and it reverts to 128 ~sigh~ Strange.

Hi go to the preferences menu and you can adjust the size of the brush there to the size you want. I use it all the time without any problems.

DeeVee.

Been there done that Dee Vee ~s~ That’s my point, it’s set for 512 but my brush will not go over 128 no matter what I do.

I’ve had this problem too, DLee. Useally I’ll grab the maximum size slider, run it all the way down then back all the way up. Then I’ll go to the brush draw size and it’ll go beyond 128.

It doesn’t happen all the time, and once you get it to work, it should keep working correctly until you shut Zbrush off.

~L~ That worked… strange. Thanks Nikko
