While trying to assign hotkeys to my new Tourbox controller, I found that while my left bracket key works to decrease brush size, my right bracket key does not increase brush size.
I reviewed old posts about resetting the keys, where you go to the ZPLugin menu, Alt+Ctrl click on the Brush>>, and voila! the key is re-assigned.
Except it doesn’t work. I still end up with the left bracket working, and the right bracket not working.
I’m on Mac OSX, using Brush 2020
Any suggestions, please?

Sorry you’re having some trouble!
Please disconnect your controller and perform tests with a standard mouse to rule out compatibility issues. I am unaware of the support status of that device.
The right bracket key appears to work for me on Windows, both to increase size by default, as well as a hotkey assignment. Make sure to release ctrl+alt before assigning a key, or they become part of the key sequence.
Traditionally there are usually some keys that don’t want to hold their assignments, and there may be some functions that don’t want to be re-assigned. You will have to figure out if the key wont hold any assignments on your installation, or if it’s an issue with the function simply not working.
If it’s not just a compatibility issue with your device, and you think there’s a bug on Mac platform, you will have to make a Support ticket to report this. If it’s an issue with your device, you can contact them to find out the support status.
