This is a very personal project to me. It felt like pouring my heart into a mold and this is what took shape. I wrote a few words:
“Broken Angel: Some people enter our lives as swiftly as they depart. In the moment, their presence feels significant, though in time, they may become just a few pages, or even a footnote in our story. Her wings are bound now, but that doesn’t mean they’ll stay broken. One day, I hope she soars - even if it’s far from where I stand. And though my next chapter might be written without her, I’ll continue to feel the weight of her wings in what I create.”
Special thanks to my dear friend Alex Carratalà who went out of his way to render the sculpture for me, I really can’t thank him enough, means a lot to me.
And to a broken angel, thank you for making me happy, even if it was just for a short moment in time.

On a technical note. The model in entirely sculpted and modelled in ZBrush. The renders were done in blender.
