BPR Render in Keyshot--Live Booleans turn OFF?

Hello, I purchased Zbrush to Keyshot bridge. Using 2021.5, and the trial version of Keyshot 10.

My object uses a lot of Live Booleans.

When I choose Keyshot as external renderer, Zbrush “turns off” live booleans.
When I turn live boolean back on, it turns off Keyshot as my external renderer.

And, of course, my object displaying in Keyshot shows everything as a solid,
and is not displaying properly.

Any thoughts? I can’t believe that Keyshot can’t render live booleans?
I must be missing something simple.

Thanks in advance!

Hello @Atomicmutant

Keyshot is an entirely separate program with its own features and own way of rendering geometry. There are many features that Keyshot can render that ZBrush couldn’t. You must first convert your Live Booleans to geometry (Tool> Subtool> Make Boolean Mesh), and send the resulting mesh to Keyshot.

Take care! :slightly_smiling_face:

@Spyndel thanks! I guess I will do that–now that I read my post it seems like I was whining a bit, but you are correct, they are both amazing programs that do different things amazingly. All good. Thanks for the info.
