For reasons too long to go into, my Zbrush screen does not show the bottom three buttons on
the right hand side.
Cannot access Transparency,Dynamic,Xpose. They cannot be seen or accessed on the screen.
(To be honest did not know they were there for years
)
Are there shortcuts for these items or a premade UI that does not use this space?
Would prefer to leave the screen resolution as is

Well, you didn’t mention what you’re using now. 
In Preferences you can change the button size.
I tweaked mine a bunch, it can be found at the below link.
Am using monitor, tablet, keyboard, intuos???
Probably the way I asked the question.
Due to my monitor and being stubborn, the bottom three buttons on the right are not visible.
You can only change the button size to 38, which does nothing
Do not wish to change the resolution.(1024X768)
Are there shortcuts, hot keys, or any way to use these features.
Can I move them somewhere else?

I was in the same situation as you… I couldn’t access the bottom buttons due to my laptop resolution (1366x768).
Fortunately, I found that all those buttons are in the transform menu… yay…
