Yo, I found this off of my Google feed and I’m happy because this looks so fucking awesome. I can only assume that hes a powder keg Hunter.

Yes is closest affiliation would be the Powder Keg because of the Harpoon launcher. But I think on top of that, my biggest idea was that he would be a Hunter that had to deal with the Hamlet (like Lady Maria) and by communing with the Great Ones (of artefact from them brought to the shores) reached a very high Insight that drove him to be mad and turn on the Hunters instead (if you look close enough, you’ll see his eyes are Blood-Drunk.
