Black cursor box

I get a black box over my cursor. How do I change that?

I looked at windows cursor and pointer preferences in Windows 10 but that does not seem to make it go away. It never did this before. Got any idea how to change this and why it is there in the first place?

I am using Zbrush 2020.1.4
