Big Problem with the Turntaround axis

Hi everybody.

I´m making a turntaround movie with the TurntablePlus from Zbrush; using only the Y axis. The turnaround works only in the first frames, then the model just flips vertically, you can see it in this video:

tHE PROBLEM HAPPENS WITH ALL MY PROJECTS, and this problem didn´t happen to me before. I mean, I´m having this problem from one week ago. VERY STRANGE

I´ve read many posts talking about the same problem; it seems that the center axis was the question.

Well, I´m using only 2 subtools, and my parameters are OK, I think.(maybe I´m wrong)You can see the parameters in the JPEG.

What´s going Wrong ?

What version of ZBrush are you using?

HI Again Marcus

I´m using the same version in the last 4 months, ZBRUSH 3.5R3

It´s really strange what it´s happening; it happens the same if I do the turtaround without the “turntable plus” plugin, only with the movie menu.

I´ve unninstaled and reinstalled Zbrush, reinstalling the plugin and still the same problem.

I’ve no idea why this should suddenly start happening, unless there is some setting you have changed with the interface. As you say, it is not directly related to Turntable Plus but is a ZBrush problem.

Yes, I believe the problem is in the Zbrush program. I will try to uninstall again the software and everything related, and install again from the beginning.:confused:small_orange_diamond:cry:

thanks anyway

FINALLY, after a few painful hours I found the almost “surreal” solution.

POSITION THE MODEL IN SIDE VIEW, not in front view.

In this way, the turntaround movie works completely OK.

yes, it´s a complete mystery for me WHY in some moment one week ago, the turnaround of Zbrush decided to give this type of problem…

I’m delighted you’ve found a solution.
