I’m pretty excited to hear that Wacom announced on thier FB page that they are working on a mobil tablet due out as early as Summer 2013. Specs haven’t been released yet and it should be interesting to see what they come up with. Most Consumer tablets on the market just don’t cut it when it comes to zbrush, not enough power, screen too small, pen pressure, etc…
So far I think the best options are the Motion LE 1700, Asus Eee Slate EP121, Samsung 7 Slate and possibly the Windows Surface pro, although the screen looks a bit small on the surface. Most of these devises lack the buttons needed, but I hear the Art Doc app works well for mult-itouch devises.
I find there is a lack of good information out there for the mobil zbrush artist and thought it would be useful to get a thread going here. Hopefully this will turn into a great resource for those seeking information on Tablets for Zbrush.
