Beginner Question: Why am I getting a frozen image behind my Geo?

Hello Z-people,

I keep getting a frozen image behind my geo as I
work thru a book tutorial. I have Dynamesh activated.
I am just scupting and polishing. Did I hit something to put
an image on my BG or is this a bug. My geo looks correct
in the tool palette. Here is an image of the problem. I did
search and review the bugs and FAQs but saw no
simular problem. please help - thanks rb

You probably hit Shift+S on the keyboard. This is the hotkey for “Snapshot” and makes a copy of the current view to the canvas.

All you need to do is press Ctrl+N and the background will be cleared and you can continue working.
