Great work! It really does a have playful feel to it, and the expression is nice. I like the crossover of styles, the romanesque mixed with kind of cartoony. I only a have a few crits. The anatomy in a few spots could use a little more refining, specifically in the neck, abs, and serratus anterior. They just don’t seem to come across as natural as the rest of the piece, even with the overall stylization. This counts especially if you are trying to go for a romanesque look, because those statues are known for having near perfect, anatomy, and seem to make marble, a hard, unforgiving surface appear soft and natural. I’m not saying to go that far with it, but push it just a little closer to that extreme. My only other crit is about the cloth, which kind of goes along with the last crit. Just try to tighten it up a little bit, because that style is known for very realistic, natural looking cloth. I know cloth is very difficult, but if you can refine this piece just a little more it will really shine.
