Bad topology issue after re-mesh / uniform

After i re-meshed i got some topology that is causing problems when sculpting. . Im not sure if this is a novice questions but how can I fix this?

It can’t really be avoided with Remesh or unified skins. On the automatic front you can use the newer QRemesh instead which allows you to better control the edgeflow by using cruves, or you can try dynamesh which uses slightly different algorithms (it allows for triangles where Remesh strives for 100% quads). QRemesh would most likely be the better option there, beyond that you’d have to retopologize the thing manually.

Also, if the poles are causing any artifacts, then you can try an alternative method to smoothing those areas. If you hold shift, and after you start to smooth release shift while still holding down the mouse button, it changes how it smooths the mesh and tends to work better for topology like that.
