hello to all zfriends!!!
One question: how i can lighting an object from back??? (like Illustrator image???)
Tnx for answers!!
Hello, I’m not sure if this is what you are asking.
To get back lighting just click the orange light direction marker once, without moving the mouse. Thats it!
The second light is the back light here:
I turn up light intensity when placing the back light because it can be difficult to see what effect it gives. When satisfied with position I turn intensity down again.
Note: Back lights cannot cast shadows forward/towards you.
Tnx for explanations Tveyes!!! It was what I wanted to know!!
I didn’t know this functions!
I have seen that it work with 1.23b version !!
Tnx a lot buddy !!
A small correction, backlights actually can cast shadows toward you.
Here is an example image which shows this:
The scene has a tilted plane with a sphere imbeded in it. There is one light which has the back light mode enabled and regular shadows.
Thanks, Muvlo. I’ve tried and tried to forward casted shadows, but apparently not hard enough
Thanks for the correction.
Tnx both my friends !!!
