Baba Morovaya 3

Sculpted for Archvillain Games , as part of the Witchfell: Gloamwood Whispers collection.

For this version, I aimed to balance weight and deformity, building a more grounded silhouette while keeping a sense of tension throughout the pose. The long, almost dragging arms were designed to emphasize an ancient and heavy presence — a figure caught between stillness and motion.

The anatomy was sculpted with attention to textural variation: loose, marked skin contrasting with areas of muscular strain and exposed bone. This interplay of surfaces helps guide the viewer’s eye and enhances the organic feel of the piece.

The base design ties the figure to its environment, featuring bones, roots, and debris arranged to maintain visual clarity despite the dense detail. The goal was to create a natural flow from the figure’s weight to the terrain, keeping the entire composition cohesive and readable from all angles.
