[at support -> website bug -> regarding May's CD-key blog page]

Quick note for Pixologic blog/support team etc…

The pixologic blog page, link #1, has a broken link to the CD-key page even thought it is typed correctly for the read.
**The URL provided to the CD-Key activation page is typed correctly but when clicked, it results in a 404(using firefox, I did not test chrome) even tho the resulting url in the address bar reads correctly…
htaccess issue perhaps ? …etc…either way, it’s not working as it shuold and that is an important page in the cobbled caves of the website since most pages I try to visit return a 404. Yes literally.

Also, there’s several people on Reddit complaining(these past weeks) about how the activation system isn’t working properly. I’ll add that link for link #2 in case you feel like replying to them.

If you’re trying to contact Support, you can do that here. Otherwise they’re likely to miss any issue you’re reporting on the community forums.

I meandered their cavernous support for an email and gave up after realizing how silly the caverns are… and encountering multiple 404 error pages didn’t help to motivate me to continue to other caves of theirs.

I hope they see the post, but if not, someone will eventually tell them that their webmaster is being quite lazy.
