Artifact issue with mesh when imported into c4d

Hey guys,

I sculpted out a mesh in zbrush and exported into c4d as an obj. However, when I render I notice a weird artifacting on the surface of my mesh. Does anyone know a way to fix this issue? Perhaps something to do with the UVs? I am new to zbrush, so I am not familiar yet with exporting of the displacement/ uv maps yet. Might be a problem within c4d but I just wanted to know if perhaps the root of the issue is happening in zbrush.

Hi,

These artifacts could be because of a missing (or disabled) ‘Phong’ tag when importing your OBJs from ZBrush to Cinema 4D.

You should install the GoZ script for C4D instead. Then you can switch meshes between ZBrush and Cinema 4D very easy and all settings usually works directly.
