ARGH!!! Trippy things happening to your screen!! CHECK THIS OUT!

Damn this is too cool for words.

Follow these instructions carefully and you’ll be seeing what I’m seeing right now. Totally cool.

OK, everyone here get the new version of Winamp, Not the beta version 3, but the 2.somthing or rather, but get it from www.winamp.com

so after you get it, go right-click the little visualization thing underneath the time display…click on Select Plug-In…

then under Visualization, click on the top one, Advanced Visualization Stuido v2.5 (vis_avs.dll)

then click Start underneath, then hit close once the little window’s popped-up

a little window with a visualization will pop-up and what you do is double-click on the window

Winamp AVS Editor will pop-up

Click on Settings>Display at the top

Unclick Wait for Retrace

Click on Pixel Doubling (if you have a fast/powerful PC, you can leave this on if you want)

then click on Overlay Mode

click on Color

select black

THEN THE TRIPINESS BEGINS!

everything black will change to what the visualization is, so pick some cool ass visualization and then go on to a dark page where there is a lot of black or something and everything black changes colors …it’s awesome…it works for everything black, you can change the color you want too so you can make it so it changes color to whatever color you select, so try white, grey whatever takes your fancy.

Believe me; this is just too cool

:D :D

I’m on a mac with i-tunes so I’ve already got my fill of psychedelic screens

Hey this is brilliant. I went to the WinAmp page just to have a look and theres all these radio stations that connect directly to my i-tunes player.

Some live Joe Zawinal at the moment.

You can listen to live radio directly to your itunes player? damn thats awesome

Not only that but I can insert a cd into the mac and launch I tunes which will automatically look up a data base and display all the track information then will rip the cd to mp3 with the press of a single button. It can also burn cd’s.

In the interests of the PC users, I should point out that everything here works for the PC users as well…I often work late at night, listening to old radio shows, have 100’s of radio stations available, and have Spinner running all day while I work…
(Didn’t want the PC users to feel left out…! )

I got one for you guys. Shoutcast
