Little story for the piece.
The inspiration for this work is a forest road between two small villages, and on this road students hurried to school a long time ago. The long journey had to be made in the dark some times.
But If you started on time the crossing, the way was made by daylight.
Bit of hurry is great for the spirit.

Sometimes Rudolf I suspect you might be a blood relative of El Greco.
Not only do you have impeccable manners you also have impeccable Mannerisms.

El Greco is one of my favorite :)I seen a lot of the paintings on Museum of Fine Arts (Budapest)
But nowadays I’m sympathizing with daumier sculptures… like the Le ratapoil.
