I am thrilled to finally share my latest and first attempt at a portrait of Alexandria Ocasio Cortez (AOC). It was a journey to complete this piece, as I took a major break from it and didn’t touch it for almost a year. However, I found some inspiration and finally mustered up the courage to rework it, resulting in a decent outcome. I want to express my gratitude to the ArtHeroes community for their support and feedback during our sessions, with special thanks to Youssef Alaa and Fareed Nagy.
Additionally, I would like to give a very special thanks to Alice Tanasescu whose helpful tips had a major influence on the overall sculpt. It is also worth mentioning the people from 3dScanStore who provided the textures.
The sculpture was created in Zbrush, the textures were sourced from 3dScanStore with some adjustments made using Substance Painter, the hair was groomed in X-Gen Maya, and the final render was produced in Marmoset 4.
