Anyone tried using zremesher 3.0 in zbrush 2019 for retoping clothing from marvelous?

I nailed the words limit in that title. But pretty straightforward question, is it still nessecary togo to maya and manually retopo the cloth from the uv space with or without plugin (such as coutore), now that zremesher has been tremendously improved.

Organic retopo that doesn’t require creased edges is what ZRemesher has always been good at. I’m uncertain what the issue is here.

Altering the topology will always break UVs though, so you need to have a plan for how you’re going to assign new UVs to the resulting mesh.

Recapturing high poly/texture detail on retopo’d meshes generally requires Projection.

Usually I always have a pole on between the polygroup tho, when the high poly from marvelous is welded
