Anyone know how to fix geo artefacts that show up in flat render?

Hi,

I am creating low poly textures of my sculpt but when rendering out the flat colour map (and normal map) I see artefacts like the screen grab attached. The problem does not show up in the preview render using a shader.

No render issue using preview render:

Can anyone please suggest a method to fix this? You help would be much appreciated.

What version of ZBrush are you using?

Hi. I am using the latest 2020.1.3 ZBrush on my 2013 Mac Pro running the latest Mac OS Catalina.

Flat render is the same as using the “Flat Color” material in the Standard Materials palette. Do you get the same results using the Flat Color material?

Other than that, I’m on PC so I can’t really troubleshoot anything for you. You might have to submit a ticket to Support.
