Any good reference images?

I’v been looking for some good reference images of human bodies.
I’v found a couple sites that have some ok stuff but most places I find try to charge you, I’m not willing to pay for pictures of naked people, sorry.

Anyway, is there maybe a free site that’s popular among 3d modelers? I could look all day but why not ask other artists as well? right?

Also, I find that when I’m looking for images of things like rocks, trees, houses, etc. I have to look in many diferent places, would thou happen to know of a huge database full of images of such things? if not that’s ok.

Thanx to anyone who points me in the right direction, I’m not lazy, I just like to get as much info as I can.

Well, Freedom-of-teach.com sells these gorgeous human models. If you’re like me and can’t afford one right now check out their download section. They have the project files for their modeling dvd to download. Inside there are turn around pictures of one of their models. They aren’t super hi-res or anything and it’s not the same as having one of their models but it’s pretty cool none the less.

Also, I subscribed to 3d.sk for a month. Downloaded a bunch of reference pictures and unsubscribed. It’s a very good site and worth the price.

Those turn arround pics were pretty much what I was looking for at the moment, basic muscle structure and blood vestles, Thanx for that Rogfa.

Well i think http://www.3d.sk has the most… although some of the shots containg women are a bit questionable, spread puttycat shots and such :slight_smile:

For low res images not really references of rocks etc i would try and do a search in Adobe bridge, it searches all major stock photo sites like gettyimages and such…

Also sxc.hu is nice free stock photo site… for cars there was also a large free site dont remember it at the moment…
