Antonio Figueiredo - Sketchbook

Its as been some time since I posted here. I recently started taking some courses to improve my skills, here are my latest works.

This project was done in ZBrush foundation course at Odd School.
In this project I use as reference the character Raziel from the video game Soul Reaver.
I try to be as faithful as possible to the character, but I also introduce a personal touch to it.
Software:
ZBrush
Photoshop

This is another project done in ZBrush foundation course at Odd School.

In this project I wanted to create character with a high level of detail, using some ZBrush hardsurface modeling, like extract, topology, crease.

Feel free to leave any advice.
Thanks

I also did a turntable for this project.

This was done during a Zbrush course at Zbrushworkshop, lectured by Steve Lord.
I took this course because it focus on anatomy, and I wanted to learn how the muscles work and understand their shapes and silhouettes.
I am very pleased with the work that I have done, I though it was a good first try in anatomy figure, there were a lot of challenges that I had to overcome, but with a lot of practice and perseverance I was able to, and I think the piece show that.
Any advice you have to improve my work will be most welcome.
I hope you like it.

I also did a short animation for this work.

REally good anatomy  Congrats on that :+1:

Thanks for the feedback!!
I really tried to capture the shapes and silhouettes of the muscles, to make a believable anatomy sculpture.
I will do my best to keep this thread updated with new projects.
Thanks again.

I have been taking the Game Arts Academy course at Zbrush Workshops with David Lesperance and Joseph Drust, it’s a lot of fun and I am learning a lot.
Here are some of the work I have been doing for the course.

The main purpose of this work, was to create a mountain asset to be used in a video game. I also try to create a story for this piece.

That mountain in my opinion is something you would see in the Hobbit. That looks phenomenal.

Final image for Joseph Drust’s Advanced Character Creation for Games.
For this project I started by creating a high-poly version of the character and then creating a low-poly version that could be used in a game engine.
I used 3ds Max and Zbrush for the modeling, Topogun for retopo and Marmoset and Photoshop for rendering and post-production
It was a pleasure to take the class, learn a lot of techniques and workflows that will help me in the future.
Thanks so much Joseph Drust for sharing your knowledge.

Hope you like it!

Here it is the high-poly model

And finally the game-res model

haha the Revanent from Mass Effect nice, and amazing work too
