When I installed ZB4 it added two links to the ZBrush 4.0 folder in the Start Menu, New Features Documentation and ZBrush 4.0 Tutorials. These appear to be links to PDF files, but when I click on the link the PDF can’t be located.
There is a bug in the paths to the PDF docs. They’re missing the “Documentation” folder in them.
But the docs got installed properly, only the links to them are broken.
Yep, there in the C:\Program Files (x86)\Pixologic\ZBrush 4.0\Documentation directory.

Anyone else receiving a “WinTab Services Not Available” error message on start-up?? If so, any idea why and how to fix it?

Last time I had a wintab error on starting ZBrush it was because Microsoft in their infinite wisdom overwrote my wacom drivers during a windows update. Try re-installing your wacom drivers and it should go away
