I am getting an error 1670, Unable to Load Module when trying to run the installer.
I’ve turned off my virus scanner (MSE) and downloaded the installer twice, same result.
Is this what’s happening to you?

all I’m getting is the Windows dialog box that states:“Pixologic ZBrush Installer has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry about the inconvenience.” And of course the installer never starts up.

Not sure if this will help you guys, I’m just guessing. Try do a clean boot with your pc, turn off any unnecessary app’s, turn off your firewall and antivirus programs. Then try installing.
I’ve resolved my issue by adding the ZBrush 4 installer to the list of allowed programs under Data Execution Prevention under Control Panel>System>Performance>Settings>DEP.
Hi, I finally got congratulations and(two different versions) of an activation key. But when I paste it in the slot for it, ZBrush4 freezes! I have to press Esc to keep on using my computer. I also was told that an activation key will be send by e-mail. This seems to be even more complicated and accident prone than the Z3 activation. Any ideas what’s happening?

I have a question for Gunt. I am getting the same issue that you posted about. When I paste the activation number in the slot zbrush just hangs. Did you manage to resolve this?

I also had that exact problem as well.Even if you typed something I had to do a ctrl alt del…even escape would’nt work.
same issue, anyone ever get it to work? Zbrush4 just hangs after entering the activation code. Tried antivirus/firewall on and off and the usual stuff.
Support is worthless right now.

Got an update on this issue.I left it for a few days and tried and it just worked. Go figure.I didn’t do anything different. For the record I pasted the activation number in, pressed enter and after 3-4 sec it said it accepted. I am guessing it must be server problem?!
