Answered: Is zbrush bought in 2009 (3r2) eligible for a 4r6 upgrade ?

Hello,
All is in the title, I think the owner is right and that I can upgrade to 4r6, but I just want to make sure before I buy. The owner bought it back in 2009 and upgraded to version 3.5 few months later, and never used it since then.
Can I upgrade to the latest version in such circumstances?
