Talked to a rep on the phone. He said nothing can be done to get it back. Is this really true? What about the ZActivation.zsc file I was emailed ages ago. Can’t I just drop that into one of the folders to reactive it. It sucks that we cant keep using the older versions when we make a mistake like this. Is there no solution.
Because ZBrush 4 was a free upgrade for all customers, version 3.5 is no longer supported. People are allowed to continue using it until something happens, but only ZBrush 4 can be supported going forward.
If you haven’t yet upgraded to ZBrush 4 you need to do so. Support can assist with this.
