Well I did a new install and now i get this message thats in the file I submitted with this post.For some reason I cant open Zbrush. 
ZBrush must be installed by an administrator account and also activated by that account. It will then be able to be run by all users on that computer. If it is installed by a regular user account, the error that you got will happen. If it’s installed by an admin but activated by a user, that error will come up if someone else tries to run it.
If you did install and activate while logged in as an admin then the problem is most likely a corrupt installation. You should uninstall ZBrush, delete the ZBrush 4 folder, then download a new copy of the installer and reinstall. This will ensure that there was no corruption with either the installer or the installation.
Your download link is not your upgrade link. The download link is in the email that was sent to you by Cleverbridge after you upgraded – the same email that has your serial number.
