I’ve been using ctrl + combinations for alphaimage shortcuts in Zbrush3.5
when i press the ctrl key in Zbrush4 it turns to MaskPen . So i can’t assign
Ctrl + shortcuts 
Does anyone know ?

(Ctrl+alt +Lclick) is assigning hotkeys , after that I want to Assign Ctrl+ ( )
combinations for hotkeys…

Try this:
Assign a different shortcut to the item and save your hotkeys. Open the hotkeys file and edit the shortcut to replace the saved hotkey value with the desired one.
To get the desired value, open the Preferences>Utilities menu in ZBrush. The second slider in the menu shows the value of any keypress or combination. Hold Ctrl+Whatever and note the value shown. Then put that in your hotkeys file.

But it doesn’t work… As i mentioned Whenever i press the ctrl key
Brush changes to MaskPen… I want to change BrushAlpha images when i’m
using Standard Brush not using Maskpen . I hope you understand what i’m
saying…
