In simple words:
Enabled Customize UI from preferences, created a custom menu, discovered that I made spilling error in its title-my mistake I know, but what was the punishment?- SURPRIIIISE!: you can’t delete custom menus, you can’t modify its title, in some other forums I even found people complaining about long custom menus gets all missing/disappearing or some of it does that!
& your braised Documentation page about custom UI mentions the following -as if you are talking to a homeless guy in a backstreet in the US :
(Don’t go creating menus willy-nilly, without need. Once created, the only way to remove a menu is to restart ZBrush without saving the configuration.)

! ZBrush is internationally known for its non-organized UI & scattered similar functions amongst many UI titles, please give us easier solution to customize our UI’s at least… Usually most of requests about UI design is either being ignored or faced by fanboys emotional about ZBrush to argue about how miserable users we are cause we complain.
Sometimes I really lose hope about this program, I left Mudbox specially for sake of ZBrush & trying to deal with it with its own ways, but that’s going too much, seems I was wrong in moving to ZBrush anyway
