I am a newbie to Zbrush. Is there any option in Zbrush to export the animation video as image sequence (PNG) with a transparent background, like in Blender

You can export an image sequence of a turntable only. Please watch the video first regarding it’s use. Download Turntabler Plugin (from ZBrush Plugins).

Most video editors can remove the background if you make it a solid (non-gradient), unique (not present elsewhere in your model), strong color–often green.
