It is coming along well you can tell who it is supposed be straight away which is half the challenge. I would look at a few things though I would look at the nose some more if you look at the underside of it in your ref it has a very flat look to it and also the shape of the tip is off a bit. I would also do a bit more work on the cheeks take a look on your front ref at how that line defining them comes down towards the mouth and how close to the mouth it gets they also need to be a little fuller it will hopefully help soften the face out a bit more.
I also feel the upper lid should maybe be closed a little more and eyebrows ever so slightly thicker.
Keep up the good work I am doing a likeness myself and know how painful a process it is.

I do agree with malc2304 though the nose and cheeks need
some adjusting .
you can see the shape at the underside of the nose is flatter .
there is a subtle ridge along the tip of the nose , it defines the shadow
in the front reference photo.
It really resembles her already .
And I don’t think there’s a harder thing to pull off than the portrait
of a young woman , there features are usually very subtle.
