“Atlas of Human Anatomy for the Artist”
by Stephen Rogers Peck
Personally I use body building mags or fitness mags. I find they help alot and since the muscles are very big…you can easly study them…
I hope this helps
The best that I know of is this:
I think you have to pay like 10 dollars a month but you can be cheap like me and download the thumbnails and blow them up in Photoshop.
Use this tool and make the muscle man or woman you want…
http://www.dedalo-3d.com/
then import to lithunwrap, triangulate, export OBJ file… then open OBJ in Zbrush…
then Subdevide the mesh untill it looks right…
and you have a great 3d example! start your own model, and leave that tool in pallett… when you have question on muscle, get out of transform mode, clear document, and draw a make human model on screen, rotate it to desired position, and then pick your model Ztool from the pallett, and model with the 3d refrence right there for you to see…
there are ways to export bones and realistic looking materials also to use as examples…
hope this helps
Master SuperbLink Library is the best one which I know and I hope you can find every thing here. I will also give you some references of books I am just findng those books. Just wait one more day.
